Innovation And Best Practices In Business Management: ‘How To Enhance Organizational Effectivesness On Free Trade Area In Asia?’

In the globalization, Asia must make some adjustment upon globalization demand. It means the countries and the companies in Asia should do a collaboration, networking, dan consolidation to face the demand. Agreement Free Trade Area in Asia opened up opportunities while increasing competition among enterprises because it is every business entity must have a certain advantage for a strategic role in competition to the business world. This condition requires every business entity in Asia must accelerate growth at a time of change and development capacity to be able to survive. In order to achieve acceleration of the business entities must perform a variety of innovations and best business practices that can provide long-term competitiveness (Futuristic) exceeds the current market demands, as well as resistant to recession (Recession Proof). Innovation and business practices are supported by the efforts of strategic alliances in a network with various business entities as well as by conducting a Strategic Benchmarking for an increase in the effectiveness of the enterprise and the ability to compete in the business world.

Every year, this symposium is conducted regularly by each of our laboratory. There are 4 laboratories in the department of management, namely the laboratory of human resources, the laboratory of operation management, the laboratory of marketing, and the laboratory of finance. This year, the laboratory of human resources leads the symposium.
